Office Manager
DEPARTMENT: Assessor
DUTIES: Performs Assessor’s Office related work of varying scope and complexity; responsible for assisting the public in the office and on the telephone with all public records held in the office. Helps property owners signing tax exemptions and credits; assists both the County Assessor and Deputy Assessor in measuring and listing new construction; also performs any other work as assigned by the County Assessor.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work related experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential job duties of the position.
STATUS: Full-time – Non-Exempt – At will position
SALARY: Based on experience and qualifications
