BUCHANAN COUNTY EMA

The Mission of Buchanan County Emergency Management shall be the coordination of planning, programs, training, facilities, and equipment, to governmental and appropriate non governmental entities in Buchanan County and all designated mutual aid entities of surrounding counties to enable them to respond properly to emergencies and to provide the skills and capabilities unique to emergency management. To further enhance the safety of our residents and protect all aspects of our environment, promoting disaster resistant communities.
